Firm History

RAM Financial Group was formed in 2019 as a collection of industry professionals that bring extensive and varied experience in secured asset management. The company’s management team has deep roots in direct, secured mortgage lending, mezzanine debt and real estate tax receivable acquisitions. The group’s managers have historically been responsible for arranging, securitizing, originating, or acquiring over a half billion dollars worth of secured assets since 2003.

The group formed in response to a need to streamline its capital sources and to achieve operational efficiencies that will allow it to be successful in varying market cycles and to build sustainable, long-term investment vehicles.
